    My family had a change in life that has me rethinking how I want to live and make a living.  My five amazing sons and I lost the head of our household this last year.  Loosing my husband/their father has pushed us closer to each other and caused us to rethink life.    He was my biggest supporter with all of my odd creative ideas.   He always wanted me to follow my desire to make everyday things beautiful or better on some level and encouraged me to go into business doing it.    So, now to honor him and my Father in heaven I will attempt to teach, inspire, and make a living doing all the things I've been doing out of the love of doing them.  My husband always called me his favorite and when he was so sick in the hospital and needing to be poked or prodded I took his mind off of it singing to him, "You are my Sunshine."   And so, therefore, my business is named after us both.   

    I am into healthy, natural eating and living and have a crazy affinity for old fashioned ways.   I will share with you my experiences trying out old processes like canning meat, making kefir, and gardening.   I will also share my artistic side with stripping furniture, watercolor painting, sewing and other creative things I find myself doing.   And maybe give you a look into my spiritual journey after a major loss.   Please feel welcome here!
